Section 1. Professional Staff The Board of Directors, may, as need and funding warrant, appoint a paid professional staff person to the position of Administrative Director of the Association. The Administrative Director shall serve as a non-voting, ex-officio member of the Board of Directors.
Section 2. Mailing address and administrative office To sustain registration as a non-profit corporation in the State of California, USA, the mailing address of the Association shall be in the State of California, USA. The President, in consultation with the Administrative Director and with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors, may determine the location of the administrative office of the Association.
Section 3. Books There shall be kept at the office of the Association correct books of account of the activities and transactions of the Association, including a minute book which shall contain a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, a copy of these bylaws, and all minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors.
